All our devices are covered by a two-year warranty unless explicitly excluded, details of exclusions can be seen on the product page. The warranty is valid from the date the original order is placed. Alpha Stim devices have a five-year manufacturer warranty, they manage this directly.

Should any faults arise, please contact us for assistance. We will try to troubleshoot this first, if your item is found to have an issue then we will endeavour to replace it as a like-for-like replacement. If your item is functioning to manufacturer specifications, it will be returned to you. We are unable to offer a repair or replacement service for items purchased through other retailers, please contact them directly or speak with the manufacturer for assistance.

Please note that consumable products such as gels, brush heads, and replacement parts are not covered. TensCare devices are covered by the two-year warranty but the leads, probes, and pads are classed as consumables. With limited edition models, we will do our best to replace the device with the same model if the stock is available.

Otherwise, we will replace the device with the standard model. In cases where an item is discontinued during the warranty period and we are unable to exchange, we may offer store credit as an alternative.
