You want to use Educate level 1 on the neck, forehead and under the eyes. The reason is that it’s an area on the face where the skin is thin. There are some instances when a person may have a thicker neck and you will be able to use Educate level 2. Your conductivity bar will let you know by seeing whether it stays solid or blinks.
